Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the hi97 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. hi97 strictly prohibits minors from participating in any gaming activity.
• You are operating the account on your own behalf and using your own funds — not on behalf of any third party.
• Participating in online gaming is lawful for you under the laws applicable in your area.
• You do not own an account that was previously permanently closed by hi97.
• You have not submitted a self-exclusion request from the hi97 platform that is still currently in effect.

Account Registration & Security

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• All information provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact hi97 Support immediately.
• If your personal information changes (such as your email or phone number), notify hi97 without delay.
• Selling or transferring a hi97 account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hi97 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks

Deposit & withdrawal limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (applicable to all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. hi97 reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold and will only release it after completing any additional verification process required.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on hi97 are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus: Up to 200% of your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total ৳11,000

Wagering Requirement: A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they may only be used for gaming activities.
• A bonus offer may only be applied once per account.
• hi97 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of a terms violation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and sports betting activities available on hi97:

• Once a bet or game has started, cancellation is generally not possible. In the event of a technical error, hi97's decision is final.
• If a connection is lost during play, the outcome will be determined according to hi97's server logs.
• Market odds and rules for live sports betting are displayed in the relevant section.
• hi97 reserves the right to restrict or void bets for technical reasons or during an account review.
• hi97 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed based on an obviously erroneous price.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official sources. In cases of dispute, hi97's decision is final.

hi97 follows a fair play policy to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. Game outcomes are entirely impartial as games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. A violation may result in immediate permanent account closure:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Misusing bonuses, bonus hunting, or attempting to exploit the system.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform as a tool for money laundering.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting unauthorized access to hi97 systems.
• False Identity: Operating an account under another person's identity or with false information.

Account Suspension & Closure

hi97 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• After extended account inactivity — prior notice will be given in this case.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also voluntarily close their account. Please contact hi97 Support to do so. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure; however, any bonus portion will be cancelled if bonus requirements have not been met.

For inactive accounts, hi97 may deduct a small maintenance fee after a certain period — prior notice will be sent by email.

Responsible Gambling

hi97 believes gaming is for enjoyment, not addiction. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming. The following tools are available to every player:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
